I have over ten years of experience as a holistic therapist, specializing in mind-body-spirit wellness. I hold multiple credentials, including Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling, Capacity Assessor, Certified Clinical Supervisor, Substance Abuse Professional (U.S. DOT), and Registered Social Worker. I work with clients to manage complex life issues by exploring patterns, beliefs, and traumas that may be holding them back. I customize my approach using techniques like client-centered cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and lifestyle changes. My sessions are safe and private, focusing on how your mind, body, emotions, and spirit influence your mental health and relationships. I take an inclusive approach that respects your physical, cultural, mental, and spiritual health to support your growth and well-being.

In 2017, I was recognized by DECSA for helping over 254 people with mental disabilities in Edmonton overcome barriers and achieve their goals. Various nonprofit organizations in Alberta have also acknowledged my work supporting their staff, clients, and members through mental health programs. I have been invited to speak about mental health on TV, on the radio, and at community events. Additionally, I was named one of Edmonton’s top 3 marriage therapists by threeBestRated®, a recognition I have received for four consecutive years, including in 2026.
